Our team works with the physician to conduct patient evaluations, review medication regimens, and develop an individualized plan of treatment in order to ensure the best quality of care for each patient.

Extended Care/Private Duty Nursing

Extended Care/Private Duty Nursing is a continuous nursing service that is performed by either a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse under the guidance of the patient’s physician.

Telehealth

This simple, easy-to-use system enables patients to automatically measure and transmit key clinical and subjective data, including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, weight, and health related information directly to the Doctors Home Care team from the comfort of home.
